Sofia Guerreiro is a professional with a diverse background in real estate, finance, management, and culture. She worked in the Urban Planning Department of the Lisbon City Council and as a banker in New York, where she gained international experience in the financial sector. She was also an entrepreneur and managing partner of Algarve Arte, where she combined management with cultural promotion.
With approximately 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, she has distinguished herself in the development and monitoring of civil construction projects, as well as in real estate development and consulting, collaborating with national and international clients. Throughout her career, she has also developed projects as an independent real estate developer, from the conception phase to the respective commercialization.
More recently, she has worked as an independent real estate developer and consultant at Premier Algarve, consolidating her experience in the sector and strengthening her connection with the high-end real estate market.
With strong organizational, communication, and strategic vision skills, she invests in continuing education. Currently, she is pursuing a degree in Real Estate Management at ESAI in Lisbon, investing in updating her knowledge in the sector and deepening her professional skills.
It has maintained a strong connection with project development and with the relationship between people, spaces, culture, and sales in the real estate sector.
